Your day by day itinerary
Day2
Sigiriya and local culture
Travel to Sigiriya and discuss the best available time for the fortress visit. Leave space for a local cultural experience rather than adding several major sites to this transfer day.
Overnight: Sigiriya.
Day3
Dambulla to Kandy
Visit the cave temples, continue to Kandy and include the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic where the schedule allows. A cultural performance can be requested as an optional evening activity.
Overnight: Kandy.
Day4
Nuwara Eliya tea country
Travel into the hills, stopping at selected viewpoints and an available tea estate or factory. Spend the remaining time exploring Nuwara Eliya at your pace.

Day5
Ella and mountain views
Continue to Ella. Choose bridge views, a suitable walk or a relaxed town visit according to arrival time. A train segment is an optional request, subject to confirmation.
Overnight: Ella.
Day6
Travel to Yala
Head towards the Yala area and take a safari at an agreed available session, or confirm a next-morning alternative before booking.
Overnight: Yala area or Tissamaharama.
Day7
Continue to Mirissa
After any pre-agreed morning activity, travel to Mirissa and settle into the coastal part of your holiday. Keep the evening easy after the road journey.
Overnight: Mirissa.
Day8
Mirissa beach and optional boat trip
Choose a relaxed beach day or request seasonal whale watching with a suitable operator. Weather, sea conditions and availability determine whether a boat trip can run.
Overnight: Mirissa.
Day9
Galle Fort and Unawatuna
Travel west for a Galle Fort visit and continue to Unawatuna. Choose a quiet coastal evening or an optional local outing.
Overnight: Unawatuna.
Day10
Airport transfer
Return towards the airport with enough time for your flight. Morning departures may require an extra night nearer the airport or an earlier end to the coastal stay.
